2010 - Ripper wins Best of Breed at the Ontario Pointing Specialty at Woodstock on July 9, 2010 over the entry of 45 top Vizslas out of the VETERAN CLASS handled by his breeder, Frank Lacko. What a way to start his Veteran career.

RIPPER'S STORY:
Ripper was born Mr. Red to Toldi and Steel on September 21, 2002, second puppy to us at Toldin. This was in Toldi and Steel's first litter that produced 6 boys. He was a very nice and outgoing puppy, always standing on the chimney, always looking for people to interact with. He went to live with Ray Rowan as has proven himself as great stud dog and producer. Ripper ran in some field trials and won some in the sea of white (all Pointers) and he is a great hunter.
Ripper is the ultimate show dog and ultimate hunting dog - he is a great Versatile Vizsla and fine example of dog we strive to breed. He moves like a dream in the ring and in the field he hunts like a fiend.
Aside from these two attributes - looks and hunting ability, his finest is his temperament. He is biddable and eager to please, he loves everyone and every game. He loves strangers and family alike. He is an equal opportunity kisser.
Rippers evaluation - nice balanced puppy,
great head, good front and top line, cat feet and sunny personality.
