Altin's facts: Altin Kaya means Solid Gold in Turkish. Since the old ancestors of Hungarian Pointers are thought to be Yellow Turkish hounds, we all felt that this name is especially fitting for a classic dog like Altin (gold) Kaya (rock or solid). Altin's parents Grace and Ilkim have to spend some time abroad, so he is going to be living in Wheatley, ON with his breeders and co-owners Frank & Martha for a while.
